For distributors and wholesalers

The orders that arrive by email, in your system, without retyping them.

Customer orders arrive by email, as attachments, in Excel sheets, sometimes as a photo. Someone at the order desk retypes them into your system, line by line, for hours every day. The system I built reads them straight from the mailbox and enters them already filled in: it recognises the customer, matches the codes to yours and checks the prices against that customer's list. When a line does not add up, it shows it to a person instead of guessing.

How it works

1

We look at how you work today.

Half an hour, in person or on a call. I look at the orders you receive and the program you use, and I tell you frankly whether this makes sense for you or not.

2

A ten-day trial on your real orders.

We take your last two hundred orders and run them through the system. At the end we compare the result with what your order desk entered by hand.

3

If it works, it stays.

The system keeps working on your mailbox every day. One person in the office checks only the doubtful lines, in a simple screen. I stay available every month.

What changes in the office

  • No more hours spent retyping: the orders go into your system on their own.
  • Fewer mistakes: a person sees the doubtful lines before they enter the system.
  • Right codes and prices: the customer is recognised, the codes matched to yours, the prices checked against their list.
  • No change of program: it works with the mailbox and the system you already have.

The trial

Ten working days. Fixed price, agreed before we start. If the result is below what I promised, the balance is not due.
