The system I built reads them straight from the mailbox and enters them into your program already filled in. When something does not add up, it shows it to a person instead of guessing.
How it works

We look at how you work today.
Half an hour, in person or on a call. I look at the documents you receive and the program you use, and I tell you frankly whether this makes sense for you or not.

A ten-day trial on your real documents.
We take your last hundred shipments and run them through the system. At the end we compare the result with what you entered by hand.

If it works, it stays.
The system keeps working on your mailbox every day. One person in the office checks only the doubtful cases, in a simple screen. I stay available every month.

I am Giuseppe Roberto, an engineer from Naples, Italy. I build systems that take repetitive work out of offices. I work with companies in Italy and abroad and, when it helps, I come in person: I know ports and inland terminals well.
